For an extra person (adult or child) in a twin or double room, there is a charge of £25 per night (we will provide a folding bed)
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement only. The charge is £10 per pet (maximum 1 pet). Conditions do apply

Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings to be confirmed with a credit or debit card number, or written confirmation accompanied by one night's payment . For security reasons please do not send your credit or debit card details to us via email.
Provisional bookings to be confirmed within seven days. Those not confirmed will be released.
In the event of a cancellation of your booking, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is relet. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be liable for the entire cost of the accommodation unless the room is relet.
Check-in begins from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the room by 10am on the day of your departure.
