Rates below are PER PERSON PER NIGHT and based upon two people sharing a twin or double room.  Full breakfast is included.

We will close  for winter around mid November '08 and re-open mid Feb '09 

     All major credit and debit cards accepted (no Amex).

Rates for longer stays are available, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

A supplement of £7.00 per night applies for single occupancy of a twin or double room.

Pets are free of charge but please bring pet bedding.

Sorry, we do not accept children under 12 years.  Children over 12 are charged at full adult rate.

Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings to be confirmed with a credit or debit card number, or written confirmation accompanied by a one night payment (£38.00 per person).  For security reasons please do not send your credit or debit card details to us via email.

Provisional bookings to be confirmed within seven days.  Those not confirmed will be released.

In the event of a cancellation of your booking, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is relet.  Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be liable for the entire cost of the accommodation unless the room is relet.

Check in begins from 3pm on the day of arrival.  Please vacate the room by 11am on the day of your departure.
